Shirley Nelson, the founder of Peak Performance Real Estate Investments, has a career that encompasses many facets of business management. Her skills were honed as an entrepreneur, business owner, marketing and sales executive, and in compliance and risk management. She retired as a Vice President from a top Fortune 100 financial company in 2022 after two decades of service, where she became well-versed in compliance requirements. A graduate of Pepperdine University, Shirley’s extensive background in business management and risk assessment makes her a valuable asset to the team.
Tommy Hardaway
Acquisition Analyst
Tommy Hardaway, the founder of SemperFi-Capital, a proud Marine veteran who served over 18 years in active duty and reserves, brings military discipline and dedication to every investment decision. Following his military service, Tommy spent 36 years with the U.S. Postal Service, demonstrating the consistency and commitment that define his approach to real estate investing. Tommy also has a strong entrepreneurial background, having owned and operated Exotic Countertop Creations, a custom-made countertop company. He is a devoted family man, and his career reflects a consistent commitment to service, entrepreneurship, and long-term investment growth.

With over 30 years in the design industry, Dove Brown has developed a deep understanding of design, materials, and renovation processes.
